Team Building

I regularly facilitate team working: This may be for a board deciding on direction, for the whole of a small organisation or a management team.

I have worked with teams in a number of ways:

  • identifying the preferred ways of working through personality types to reduce conflict and increase co-operation. Eg. with a training department and with a health centre.
  • facilitating management away-days to focus on goal setting and strategy. Eg. for an IT cooperative and for the boards of several arts companies.
  • running action learning sets for vets on a professional development programme.
